All domestic orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).

All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country.

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims.

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimension, and shipping method. We are happy to accept returns within 7-14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued either as store credit or to the original payment method. If your order was placed using store credit, any refund will also be issued as store credit.

Please ensure that any returned items are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Note that vintage and last-chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is damaged and your purchase falls outside our standard return window, please contact us at support@nifftylooks.com and we'll assist you further.

To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend using the original packaging if it’s available. If you no longer have it, no worries you can use your own packaging or materials supplied by your local courier. Please ensure the original tags remain attached.
